Learn to stay balanced and healthy this summer season with cooling Ayurvedic practices, kundalini, breathwork, and meditation.

•Create summer intentions: What’s important to you this season? How you want to show up this summer?

●Ayurvedic introduction:
•Warming and cooling foods, sweet taste
•cooling aromatherapy & colors (jasmine, rose, honeysuckle, lavender, chamomile, geranium, and ylang-ylang)
•cooling activities
•what is pitta aggravation, some of the symptoms, and how to ease them through balancing foods, products, practices, and activities

●Cooling kundalini set

●Guided meditation & crystal bowl playing

●Closing circle

Your guides:
Kimberly Harter is a wellness coach, Ayurvedic counselor, intuitive energy worker, and yoga instructor. After a full recovery from over a decade of severe chronic illness from lyme disease, autoimmune disorders, severe food and VOC sensitivities, among other things, her life mission is to help people learn that they too can bring themselves from a place of surviving to thriving and truely follow their soul path.

Lyndsey Harper is a kundalini yoga instructor, human design coach specializing in family dynamics, sound healing facilitator, homeopathic counselor, and mom of 2.
