Teen Yoga Series – Middle Schoolers

Yoga is the union between body, mind, and spirit.  It helps one connect to one’s own lifeforce, through breathwork and mindful movement, and it helps one understand the interconnectivity of all beings and all things.

This four week series, led by Goddess Gatherings co-owner and yogini, Jen Grossi, is an introduction to yoga for teens in Middle School.  We will learn basic asana (and what that means!), as well as some simple breathing techniques to help soothe and calm the body and mind.

The four week commitment is required so students can build on what they learn from one week to the next.

Space is limited.
