In this 60 minute class Teens will be guided through some of the main tenants of Yoga, including breathwork, alignment, strength, and stability. We will start each class with a group check in and discussion, followed by movement and breathing exercises. We will dance, we will laugh, we will find our way to harmony through the most basic definition of Yoga: the union of mind, body, and spirit.
Teens should be prepared to take their shoes off, wear clothes they are comfortable moving in, bring their own yoga mat, and a water bottle.
