Breath and flow through this hour long yoga class that draws from my training and practice in vinyasa, kundalini, hatha, yin, restorative and Energy Medicine yoga. As we weave Sun Salutations together with meridian line tracing and tapping while harnessing the breath, we will create shifts in our energies, openness in our bodies, and peace in our minds.
This four week series is for those who have practiced yoga before and are looking to reignite their practice, with the intention of getting into the habit of a weekly yoga class – which will be offered in the future. All levels are welcome but this is not a Beginner training class – as offered by Monica Phillips – please see her offering if you are brand new to yoga as it will provide a great foundation for you.
Each hour-long class will begin with a group check in to determine what we will specifically work on (eg. heart opening, tight hips, abs, etc) and then the flow will begin. I like to give guidance in alignment, believe strongly in listening to your own body & honoring how it can move, and I really cherish and use a variety of instruments and mantras, engaging vibrational flow to help shift what is no longer serving you.
